Giving a 3 star based on the price. The staff was great, the room was OK but other guests noise, there was a couple fighting and the sheriff had to come and as soon as the sheriff left, another fight in the lobby. It was crazy. I will not stay here again.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect.

This has been our go-to hotel when visiting St Augustine. Super convenient being right on the beach, dog friendly, balcony in ebery room to enjoy the sunshine. It's a nice spot.

This property is very much overpriced. They charge $25 a day for beach access, while there is free beach access a short walk from the hotel. They have a small outdoor pool. The rooms are very small, There was only room for one night stand, the bed was literally 1 foot from the wall on the window ...
